To route the mortice, simply attach the collar to the guide bush and follow the template. To route the inlay, remove the collar and use the same template on the inlay workpiece. The offset provided by the collar is equal to the width of the bit, providing a perfectly matched inlay for the mortice. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe supplied solid carbide spiral down cut bit has been selected to provide the finest top surface finish, pushing chips down and away from the router to eliminate splintering and tearout. The brass guide bush is designed around the industry standard, with a threaded bushing and nut.
