Q. How long does delivery take to where I live?

A. Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered the next working day in the United Kingdom. For Worldwide delivery times and costs please visit our Delivery & Collections page for more information.

Q. How can I place an order?

A. All orders must be placed and paid for through our website. We do not accept purchase orders or offer credit accounts, and we do not take telephone orders. For further information please visit our Orders & Tracking page.

Q. Can I amend or cancel an order once it has been placed?

A. Once your order is placed our warehouse team immediately begin the despatch process, we are afraid that orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been placed.

Q. When will you receive stock of a product that is sold out?

A. The demand for our products is very high and on occasion we may sell out of best selling lines. On the product page, we give the option of signing up to be emailed on the day the item comes back into stock.

Q. How do I use my discount code?

A. Add your items into your basket and then type your discount code into the 'ENTER YOUR OFFER CODE' box on the basket page. If this does not work, then please check the following:

  • The code has not expired, codes are valid for 30 days
  • The minimum qualifying spend has been met
  • The code is being typed and not copied and pasted

Please note that we are unable to retrospectively add discount codes to orders.

Q. Where is my order?

A. We provide tracking information in both a despatch email and in your Online Account. The tracking information link will take you directly to your chosen couriers tracking information page where you will be able to track your order from our warehouse to your door.

Please note that tracking information will only become live from around 7pm on the day of despatch.
