Change Your Mind Within 30 Days
Any unwanted products can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The returned products must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, in their original packaging and with no markings, writing or labels present on the product or its packaging. Goods not received in this condition will be returned to you. Return carriage charges are paid for by the customer. The returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and this must state unwanted goods. If the invoice is not supplied, then unfortunately we will not be able to process the return. All unwanted goods should be returned to: Rutlands Limited, Rutland House, Deepdale Business Park, Ashford Road, Bakewell, Derbyshire DE45 1GT.
If any product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase then please contact us and we will repair or replace the item or defective component as soon as possible. Some of our products have an additional warranty, for example all power tools and machinery have a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. To report a fault please email us at stating your order number and giving details of the fault.
Damaged in Transit Products
Please email us within 48 hours of receipt at stating your order number and providing photographic evidence of the damage. If a product has been used by yourself, we will consider this as being accepted as damaged and we will not be able to repair or replace. If your parcel arrives damaged, please ensure you sign for the parcel as damaged with the courier.
Incorrectly Sent or Missing Goods
Please email us within 48 hours of receipt at stating your order number and giving details of the incorrectly sent or missing products. Our customer service team will work to resolve the problem as soon as possible. On return of incorrectly sent products we will despatch the correct goods using our next day service.
