Using a cordless drill driver without guiding or stabilising the drill bit increases the risk of the resultant hole being drilled incorrectly. This drill guide offers the stability and guidance that your drill requires to ensure each hole is drilled perfectly straight. The guide is CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminium which has been heat treated to improve its durability.
The body of the guide is predrilled to accept the five steel guide bushes, with 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6mm drilling diameters. The guide bushes are individually locked in place using the supplied allen headed grub screws. The V groove on the underside of the guide allows it to rest and be clamped to rounded stock, corner edges and standard flat stock. Whether drilling dowel holes or standard fixing holes, using this drill guide will ensure each and every hole is straight. ©

Inexpensive item that has paid for itself many times over. I reach for it several times a day when in the workshop to ensure that the holes I am drilling are at 90 degrees. Hard to find a guide for smaller diameter drill bits so well done rutlands.
