This set of two drill blocks will accept drill bits ranging from 2mm to 10mm in diameter.
It is both a common and annoying occurrence to drill a hole into your workpiece and then realise it is not straight. Using a cordless drill driver without guiding or stabilising the drill bit increases the risk of the resultant hole being drilled incorrectly. These drill guide offer the stability and guidance that your drill requires to ensure each hole is drilled perfectly straight. The guides are CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminium which has been heat treated to improve its durability.
The body of the guides are predrilled to accept the five steel guide bushes, with one block featuring 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6mm drilling diameters and the other block 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10mm.
The guide bushes are individually locked in place using the supplied allen headed grub screws. The V grooves on the underside of the guides allow them to rest and be clamped to rounded stock, corner edges and standard flat stock. Whether drilling dowel holes or standard fixing holes, using these drill guides will ensure each and every hole is straight. ©

Well made tools that work a treat. I cramped one to a scaffold tube and drilled a 6mm hole with a long series drill bit. They are strong enough to cramp tight and Im looking forward to many years of perfect drilling with these guides.

Excellent tool has stopped me from slipping with the drill bit as I have done on many occasions. Solid metal so should last a lifetime, its very light but strong and has a nice big face to clamp on to, glad I bought it

good quality item which allows holes to be drilled square with a hand drill or hand power drill. I no longer need to rely on the drill press every time I need a hole drilling this thing produces very accurate results - there is no play at all when using the correct sized drill bit

Inexpensive item that has paid for itself many times over. I reach for it several times a day when in the workshop to ensure that the holes I am drilling are at 90 degrees. Hard to find a guide for smaller diameter drill bits so well done rutlands.
