This is a quiet and powerful wet and dry, premium vacuum cleaner with a 30 litre container volume that offers outstanding performance and thorough cleaning in the home and workshop. The vacuum has a triple dust filtration system when dry cleaning, comprising of a Hepa fleece filter bag, Hepa filter cartridge and Hepa filter sponge to ensure that the air re-entering the atmosphere is clean.
When wet cleaning you simply replace the filter cartridge with a waterproof cover, remove the filter bag and as water enters the body of the vacuum a patented intake nozzle directs the flow of water along the inner walls. When the water level rises to the maximum level an automatic float prevents further intake of water. The vacuum is compact and lightweight and can be carried with one hand, including the hose and accessories, due to the onboard tool storage.
The 1200W motor has enormous suction power and features variable air-flow control, to adjust the suction to suit all floor surfaces. Extremely quiet in use at just 65dB, you can conveniently switch on and off by hand or foot. Any 230V power tool, less than 1500W can be plugged into the head of the vacuum and the automated socket then activates the vacuum simultaneously with the connected power tool. The vacuum will run for a further 5 seconds after the power tool is switched off to clear any dust left in the hose.
Large, rubberised wheels offer stability and agility at the same time and the 5m heavy-duty rubber power cord can be safely stowed on the large, lockable cable hook. The body of the vacuum is made from a high impact polypropylene to withstand the knocks and bumps associated with professional use. The vacuum is supplied with a 2m highly flexible kink-proof hose, 2 x 500mm aluminium straight tubes, 300mm brush floor head, 300mm squeegee floor head, circular brush, crevice tool, filter bag and a stepped rubber adaptor to connect to the ports of power tools.

Good quality, shame you don't get a reusable bag or a short hose for fitting a cyclone between main hose.

This is a good no nonsense vacuum with power take off and speed control both very useful for workshop dust control. Although not fully tested yet, I like the low noise level, the suction performance and the larger 30l capacity.

A decent vacuum that gives a high level of suction with the ability to adjust is really handy when using sanders. The power take off is great with power tools like sanders however struggles with larger tools like mitre saws. A downside for me is the hose, it is quite short and very rigid so I have found I need to use a hose extension to give me the range I need. It is for that reason I have rated this as 3 stars.

Great vacuum, powerful yet very quiet. 30 litre capacity is a bonus as is the power take off which is really useful when sanding, routing, using the mitre saw etc. Would definitely recommend.

This looks and feels like a high quality vacuum the minute you take it from the box. I have used it now with numerous tools but mainly my big router and it has ample power to draw heavy dust very quickly. It helps me see the edge that i am routing. Very quiet compared to my old Fein extractor and i like the large30 litre capacity. If you are careful you can empty the dust bags and reuse them over again. Very stable for its large volume and doesn't fall over when pulling around the workshop by the hose. I would buy again without hesitation. Great build quality.

I bought this vacuum specifically for connection to my Festool Rotex sander. Used with 80 grit abrasive the Rotex can remove a large volume of stock very quickly and it was important to have a vacuum that had both the power and flow rate to remove the dust efficiently from the point of source. So far after 4 weeks it has performed very well and easily kept up with the power of the Rotex. If I work with a less aggressive sander I simply turn down the suction power. i like the fact that the suction continues for a few seconds after you switch off your power tool as this stops the hose becoming clogged. Filtration levels are also good. Overall very impressed and would recommend. Not used the wet function but its great that it's there if needed.

We use the vacuum cleaner every day. Good product. Purchased after being very satisfied with the smaller Rutlands vacuum for dirtier jobs. Power tool take off socket is incredibly useful for dust extraction.
