Wall-mounted dust collectors have become extremely popular over the past few years, as they save on valuable workshop floor space and make emptying of the collection bag far easier and faster. This powerful dust collector can be connected to a stand-alone machine or can be connected to a 100mm dust system.
The 750w induction motor produces a low level of noise at 78 dB, similar to that of a woodturning lathe, whilst generating a highly impressive air flow of 870 m3/h . This airflow is a measurement of average air flow rather than a peak air flow, that other manufacturers may detail. The 100mm inlet diameter combined with the airflow is more than sufficient to handle the majority of waste produced in the workshop by circular saws, bandsaws, spindle moulders, router tables, planers and woodturning lathes. The main body of the dust collector is made from heavy gauge sheet steel and all of the welds are smoothly finished to prevent sharp edges. The impellor is made from steel to handle large chippings in addition to coarse and fine dust.
The 60 litre fleece collection bag has a filteration level of 30 micron. The NVR switch is conveniently positioned on the front face of the motor for quick and easy access if you need to switch the motor off in the event of a hose blockage. The wall mount bracket should be located a minimum of 1.2m from the workshop floor to allow for the collection bag to hang free.

A good quality and essential piece of equipment for any serious woodworker. I find it far quieter than my previous slave extractor and with more suction. My only reservation is the instructions could be better.

I use this new collector with my planer, router table and thicknesser. First class suction on all three machines, even when using step down adapters. I initially wondered whether a flow rate of 870m3/h would be sufficient, but has managed perfectly even over 15 metres of 100mm hose. Quiet and powerful - whats not to love.

quality bit of kit & helps declutter my workshop having up on the wall out of the way. bag looks a generous size so shouldn't be emptying anywhere near as often as my little shop vac.

My first impression was surprise, at just how quiet this thing runs. Having recently taken to woodturning and primarily in my spare time in the evening, the noise factor was a big deal for me. I can now keep the garage dust free whilst not annoying the life out of the neighbours. Straightforward to mount on the garage wall I just needed a few bolts/plugs. On initial inspection the build quality certainly lives up to premium title.

Really pleased with my new extractor. I have mounted it on a wall in between my saw bench and planer and added a Y connector, two hoses and blast gates so that I can leave both machines connected at all times. The motor runs extremely quietly and has the suction power to cope with both machines comfortably.
