Product Details
This fitting has an 105mm to 100mm internal taper that press fits on to 100mm machine dust ports. The fitting then steps down to accept a 63mm dust hose and then further steps down to 38mm to accept power tool dust hose.
This hose fitting is made from a thermoplastic polymer, which is impact resistant, has structural strength and stiffness and will not flex or distort under pressure. It has excellent low temperature properties and will perform in extremely cold workshops down to -40°C. The internal bore is smooth to ensure the smooth passage of dust. As all of our fittings are made to exacting and tight tolerances to prevent air loss, a top tip is to use a washing up liquid as a lubricant when initially installing. ©

Well made. Great for connecting tools direct to my cyclone, specially planes, and routers. No need for extra pipes.

I'm making a cyclone dust collector. Because I tend to work in different areas having bulky hose's is not practical, adding these means I can use standard 35mm hoses which fit perfectly. Planing, or routing just fills my extractor if used directly, a cyclone saves the strain on dust bags, and filters, so saves money, and is environmentally a good option. If you think how much off the shelf systems cost, for a little effort, this is an effective flexible solution. One glove can fit all.

We used the larger part of these to go over the hose port on the unequal 100mm blast gate (the side that is designed to accept a 100mm hose), and then fitted a 63mm dia spiral hose onto the other side, with a clamp.
A good fit on both sides. Not found a use for the smaller piece yet but may come in handy one day!

The is a workshop must have! Great quality for the price. Very useful that it splits in two easily which is really useful when going from small machinery down to hand tool extraction size. Really impressed and will be purchasing a few more!
