Using extractors with power tools greatly improves workshop air quality and the performance of the tool by removing dust and debris from the point of contact with the workpiece. As there is no industry standard for power tool extraction ports, it proves very difficult to connect dust hose to varying tools, up until now.
This new kit is supplied 3 metres of 32mm outside diameter, flexi-hose which is abrasion, puncture and kink resistant. The two threaded ports that screw on to the flexi-hose are made from a flexible rubber that is tapered to fit most power tool and bench top machine dust ports. The smaller rubber port has an outside diameter of 30mm and an internal diameter of 25mm and the larger rubber port has a 45mm outside diameter and a 37mm inside diameter.
For connection to the extractor or vacuum two further ports, made from an impact resistant thermoplastic polymer are supplied with the kit. One port is 55mm outside diameter stepped to 35mm outside diameter and the other is 63mm outside diameter stepped to 35mm outside diameter. Great kit. Hose is fairly flexible (not ultra flexible but ok for hand machine).
Plenty of hose length so will probably buy the separate connector-only kit and cut the hose to provide 2 or 3 pieces.

This dust extraction set is such a must in your workshop as the various components of this set makes life easier to put on your equipment like sanders, router ect I am very pleased with this set get one and you will not be dissatisfied with the results. Also the delivery was excellent next day

Good flexibility in the hose. Adaptors screw on firmly and don't come off when you twist the hose. The hose does not mark paintwork either if you trail though doorways. All in all a very good hose kit.

Excellent addition to my workshop. The hose is extremely flexible and does not crush if you accidently stand on it. It has so far worked with my Dewalt mitre saw, Makita 3612C router, Festool random sander and I have adapted it to suit my new oscillating sander. I am about to buy the extra nozzle kit to save removing adaptors when I move from machine to machine.

I have a Triton bobbin sander and have been struggling to find a suitable adaptor. Bought this for use with my power tools only to find that the large rubber connector fits perfectly on the port of the sander. As the rubber port is tapered it seals the connection. Excellent.

Great idea. The hose is very flexible, and the port nozzles simply screw left handed onto the threaded hose. I have fitted this to my track saw and router.
