This digital sliding bevel gauge takes the guesswork out of angle duplication by eliminating the problems associated with analogue readings and manual measurement transfer. It will measure, store and transfer both internal and external angles when making cabinets, furniture, frames and when laying tiles.
It features a 200mm long blade made from stainless steel and the large LCD display readout has a flip display so that you can read measurements when the gauge is used upside down. The blade slides with ease and is securely locked using the stainless steel knurled knob. The display is accurate to ±0.1° and has a range from 0 to 360°. The function buttons allow you to zero a reading, hold a reading and calculate reverse angles.
The body of the digital bevel is made from an impact resistant ABS and the display is powered by a 3V CR2032 lithium ion battery which automatically shuts off after 5 minutes of inactivity. This is an excellent, simple to use, easy to read tool that combines the advantages of a protractor with a digital sliding bevel. ©

If you didn't buy this on the discount day then you missed a bargain. Excellent for setting angles as well as measuring, accurate to within 0.1°, useful for reverse angles when your maths, like mine, is a bit suspect! Can't fault it, discount was good but worth it even at full price.

At a special deal this was tempting. I have wanted one for ages and having made the purchase I am delighted with the accuracy. I tested it against a very accurate square and it was within a fraction of a degree. My only criticism is that the edges of the plastic are very sharp. I intend the ease them with glasspaper.

This digital bevel saves me endless time in comparison to my traditional Marples sliding bevel. I have a very precise Starret protractor which I initially calibrated against and the on-going results are very precise. Not sure what the reviewer below is actually reviewing.
