Product Details
This set of three rules and protractor enable precision measurements that are unobtainable with traditional rules or protractors, this will transform the way you work.
The steel T rule is the most accurate way to mark a point from the edge of your workpiece, there is a marking hole every 0.25mm along the entire length of the blade. The rule also allows precise, straight, and parallel lines to be drawn at every 0.25mm from the workpiece edge. Simply insert a precision pencil into a hole and slide the T rule and pencil along to generate the line. Because the rule itself is 0.2mm thick there is zero parallax error which would be common with thicker rulers. The rule features a multitude of different scales: 0 to 50mm height marking slots on the edge of the rule, 0 to 200mm distance marking slots with a marking slot every 0.5mm and 0 to 200mm guide holes with a guide hole every 0.25mm for drawing parallel lines. The rule is secured to the T with two copper thumbscrews, these can be removed meaning the rule can be used as a conventional measuring rule for use throughout the workshop. This is our most precise and bestselling T rule which is intuitively easy to use and can be used for many setup and marking out applications.
The steel bend rule has a 90 degree shape which allows it to comfortably sit over the corner of your workpiece, this means that you can simultaneously mark on two faces at once as well as marking right on the edge. The bend rule is very precise with three sets of marking holes every 0.5mm, one on each face and one saddling the edge. The rule also allows precise, straight, and parallel lines to be drawn at every 0.5mm relative from the workpiece edge. Simply insert a precision pencil into a guide hole and slide the bend rule and pencil along to generate the line. Because the rule itself is 0.2mm thick there is zero parallax error which would be common with thicker rulers. The rule features a multitude of different scales: 0 to 180mm length marking slots with holes every 0.5mm on both faces and the edge, and 0 to 50mm distance marking slots on the end of the rule with a guide hole every 0.5mm for drawing parallel lines.
The steel protractor is the most accurate way to mark or determine angles when setting up or marking out, there is a microfine marking hole every 0.5° around the entire 180° range. Alongside the 0.5° holes there are also predefined marking holes every 1°, every 5° and every 22.5° to plot the most commonly used angles with ease and complete accuracy. A phenolic material T bar coupled with a precision crosshair ensures perfect alignment of the protractor and your workpiece edge. There are four angle scales to suit every possible need in the workshop.
The rules and protractor have been laser cut from stainless steel making them incredibly accurate and they will not rust or degrade because of the durable nature of the stainless steel. The crisp and clear precision etched graduations are very easy to read so you will not strain your eyes. The precision measurements achievable with this set are unobtainable with traditional rules or protractors, this will transform the way you work.
The set contains a 300mm T rule, a 180mm bend rule, protractor, three 0.5mm pencils and 36 refills. All come with a lifetime warranty - if a rule or protractor fails due to a material or manufacturing defect it will be replaced free of charge. ©

Excellent product and would recommend this to anyone needing a good protractor for woodworking.

Absolutely amazing and accurate protractor. The base and added pencil are the nice touch to the product. I always wanted one but these are quite pricey, I got when it was on the offer, great buy. Get one, you will be glad you did. Thanks Rutlands.
A P Belcher
What a well engineered protractor, after using cheap plastic ones since school, (thats a lot a lot of years), this is just perfect for accurately marking angles.
Frank Richards
The protractor is very accurate and the pencil it is supplied with is super fine. Far superior to other conventional plastic protractors for accuracy.
Will
Incredible precise way to transfer measurements from the face to edge of stock. Very well made tool too.
Mr Stone
Very delicate little product but a very very good product. Extremely easy to use and incredibly precise.
