This T square rule is the best of its kind available. It has all the recognised features of a normal T square rule, but it just has that added bit of thought during the design process that makes it stand out from the crowd. The edges are tapered bringing the outer graduations level with your stock, to minimise parallax error. It has been machined from a single piece of aluminium to ensure that the extra large T head and blade are at a guaranteed 90° to each other. There is a precision drilled hole every 1mm along the entire length of the 200mm scale, meaning the rule can be used to mark in 1mm increments from the edge of your workpiece. There are a series of 5 holes running across the rule every 5mm, with the first hole being the increment shown on the measuring scale. For example, if the first hole is next to the 10mm etching, the hole next to this is 11m and the next hole is 12mm and so on. We would recommend using a 0.5mm fine pencil to achieve the best results when using this rule.
The rule has been precision CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminium, this material is used for its mechanical stability and the fact that it maintains close tolerances once it has been machined, to ensure it will remain true. Tools machined from a single piece of aluminium are far more precise than those that are pressed or built from two or more components.
