Abrasive Discs
These premium ceramic aluminium oxide abrasive discs last six times longer, allow dust to be removed 10 times faster and remain sharper for longer compared to traditional abrasive discs. Available in 80, 120, 150, 180, 240, 320, 400 grits these sanding discs are suitable for use on a range of materials from hardwoods, softwoods, exotic woods, composite materials to metals or painted surfaces. The grit range is ideal for initial coarse sanding right up to finishing, and all discs have hook and loop type fastening and can be attached and re-attached as many times as necessary.

Renewable Cutting Edge
Ceramic aluminium oxide is the only abrasive material that fragments during use, in doing so it constantly renews its cutting edges meaning it stays sharper and cuts for much longer. The sharp points slice, rather than tear through material to produce an even surface finish. The edges of the ceramic aluminium oxide do not dull before they fragment, making it a tough and durable abrasive. Its ability to renew its sharpening edges coupled with its toughness ensure that the discs last up to 6 times longer than conventional abrasive discs.

Reduced Clogging
An open coat bond between the flexible base and the grit particles is used to allow optimal spacing between the particles for faster stock removal and reduced clogging. The grit particles are held securely in place by two layers of resin, this ensures they remain firmly bonded to the base for longer to increase the lifetime of the disc.

Efficient Dust Removal
The holes have been laser cut for accuracy and the spiral hole pattern works with the rotation of the sander to collect dust efficiently. The multihole design makes the discs universal as the holes do not require alignment. The base is flexible which minimizes cracking and loss of grit and features hook and loop fixings to secure the disc to your sander. The multihole design captures and removes dust up to 10 times faster than 5 or 6 hole discs, this increases the abrasive disc life because there is less waste material around that can be clogged.

These sanding discs are brilliant they do exactly what it states on the box. I love using these they don't clog and seem to last forever I will definitely be purchasing some more when I need them please think about trying these uou will be greatly susprised

Geoff Spierling

What a great product, the grits I have used so far are lasting so much longer and they cut much faster than what I have been using.

Jase K

Great product which I am very impressed with. Abrasive qualities are far better than any I have used to date. Very impressed and great value.

Christopher Goode

Absolutely excellent abrasive. I am always trying new brands out to find one that beats the one before and this one has done it. So far I am super impressed with its longevity of life and performance

Bob Williams

Really pleased with these Discs, they fit my machine perfectly and do a great job of finishing off my work.
Service and delivery was great although it would be nice lo loose the delivery charge somewhere.
Price was good as well.

Well done Rutland

Brian Stickle

Best sanding discs I've used - agree with other users re longevity. Just got the mixed pack as not a very high volume user. It doesn't go up to super high grits but that's fine for me as I prefer hand sanding at high grits - might change my mind when I do a bigger project though!

Punchline = Very good value for money and good quality!

Greg Hunt

Absolutely superb sanding discs. A lot of my work involves completely removing heavy polyester finishes from guitar bodies and over the years I've tried various brands and discovered that they lose their edge and burn out very quickly. Not so these ceramic discs, they just last and last and remain sharp making sanding and shaping work an absolute breeze. I've used the 120 150 and 180 so far but I'll definitely be ordering the other grits in the near future. Greg at G.H.Guitars.

Ron Morton

Not as aggressive as Abranet but, for the price, these are hard to beat.

Patrick Dunne

These are the best discs I have used so far, they do not clog up as my normal ones did, I will buy some more when these do eventually wear out

Elliot Fletcher

These do not clog, last for such a long time, and leave an excellent finish. Highly recommend.

Barry Doolan

The best sanding discs I have ever bought. They are great for sanding bare wood and do not clog. Extraction holes are perfectly placed for dust extraction and they last longer than any disc I have tried before.

Tim Blackman

I was sceptical to begin with but I am now utterly converted to these discs.
The claim to last 6 times longer seems on the conservative side as they seem to last much longer than that, no matter the surface on which they are used but that is a bonus compared to how quickly they work compared to standard discs.
From heavily varnished old timber to very rough pallet wood they handle everything. I have even used the finer grades to get a fine finish on turning items.
I will not be using anything but these in the future.
