This premium cordless nailer is designed for finish nailing applications such as fixing mouldings, trim, picture frames, window beading and general fine cabinet making. It fires 18 gauge headless brad nails from 15mm to 32mm and 18 gauge staples from 15mm to 22mm. Powered by an 18V Li-ion, 2Ah long life battery it can fire up to 900 shots per charge and is supplied with a fast charger to minimise downtime.
The compact and balanced body allows for pinpoint nose placement, aided by an LED light that illuminates the exact nailing position. The nailer features an anti-jam mechanism for uninterrupted nailing and an adjustable impact control knob with three settings allowing for firing into both soft and hardwoods.
In operation it has low recoil levels for smooth and controllable nailing and stapling. When firing, light downward pressure should be applied to the head of the nailer to ensure that the fixings sit flush in your work piece. This cordless nailer also has the added advantage of a contact safety switch which prevents the gun from accidentally firing. The firing pin is hardened and tempered to prevent damage if you fire into a knot or into hardwood with an extremely close grain.

I have an electric brad nailer where the nails are angled and it jams like every 3 or 4 fires. I read the reviews on here and it was very positive with the fact that this cordless gun does not jam. I have done about 10 fence panels so far using brads and staples and not a single jam. It was easy to order and arrived promptly via ParcelForce

Excellent speed of delivery as always from Rutland and Nailer performed far better than I expected enabling me to complete the job in a fraction of the time it would have taken to use panel pins and hammer. More experience needed to judge the correct position of the impact knob to ensure that brads are completely below wood surface dependent upon hardness of wood. Nailer can be used one handed if required so long as sufficient pressure is applied. Highly recommended.

I have six 4 panelled doors to which I need to attach quite a bit of moulding. Have tested the nailer so far on some scrap and it appears it will do the job. I think I just need to adjust the impact control to find the best compromise between penetration and minimising marring the relatively soft pine moulding.
Unsure about reliability yet, however reviews so far look very favourable.

Very pleased with this toll which I have used for both pinning and stapling. There is a good range of selectable power, the battery seems to last well, and it is easy enough to use (although you do need to allow it a second or so to spin up after pressing the trigger). Inclusion of a spare non-marking head is a nice touch, as is the hex key storage at the base of the handle.

First impressions were good. Loading battery into charger is a little hard so just an extra push works, may loosen up later. Pining is good in soft wood but hard wood just needs a little tap with a hammer after (which is fine as you can get it just right). I'm used to air tools and had to adjust to the delay in firing. Sound like a wind up toy but I've got used to it. Battery life seems good. I would recommend as a cordless back up tool for those high and quick around the house type jobs. 8 out of 10 seems fair.

Excellent. Got this recently for an architrave and beading job. After 25 years in the game, I couldn't believe I'd never owned a nail gun! What a revelation! No more hammer and nail punch. Even works to hold skirting (32mm nails) in place while the gripfill is drying. Does mahr the work a little, (Although there might be a softer tip in the box, if I could b bothered to rummage...) I'll probably get a systainer for it as the lack of box does make it difficult to organise the charger and pins etc. Battery lasts all day. Doubt it can be beaten for the money.

This is the 4th and last nailer I expect to purchase. The first three were all corded but failed to deliver on the promises made by the glossy advertising. Two are in the bin due to repeated jamming that no amount of tinkering could solve (simply bad design and manufacture. The third simply bounces when trying to fire anything longer than 15mm brads.
This one is definitely a keeper having been using it extensively both to fit small beading and using it with 30mm pins to secure 12mm ply to a garden room ceiling and with 22mm staples to construct 6' x 6' featheredge fencing panels.
So far not one single jam nor have I had to recharge the battery during a days work.
Admittedly an air powered version may be quicker but when you compare the cost this is better value for money unless you are using it all day and every day.

I bought this nailer for pinning beading to doors on a built in wardrobe. There was over 20 metres of beading so hammer, nail and nail punch did not sound like a good idea. I like the compact size of the nailer as this lets you clearly see where the brad is positioned before firing and the amount of kick back in the hand is negligible. I had a paslode gas gun and the kick back used to damaged the surface of the beading. Slightly slower than a pneumatic nailer but hardly noticeable and the flexibility of it being cordless is excellent. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

Really easy to use, had no experience with electric nailers but after roughly 10 minutes I'd pretty much got the hang of it. Impressed with the number of nails and staples that are supplied, more than enough for the few projects that I had in mind. Battery lasts a good length of time and recharges pretty quickly meaning you're not out of action for too long. I would certainly recommend

Fantastic bit of kit. Used a fair bit over the past few weeks and the battery power has impressed, requiring only a couple of charges over some big projects. The LED light is really handy for lining up shots and the whole thing is fairly lightweight considering the size. Glad I shed the cable its given me a lot more freedom.
