This premium electric nailer drives 18 gauge brads and staples, which have a high pull-out resistance, making them ideal for finishing work when fixing moulding, trim, beading and for general cabinet assembly.
The nailer has a slimline body, which is well balanced and offers excellent visibility of the nose for pin-point fastener positioning. The anti jam mechanism allows for uninterrupted nailing and you can adjust the driving power to suit softwood, hardwood and composite wood. In operation it has a low level of recoil with minimal kick back and features a safety mechanism to prevent accidental firing. The firing pin, which drives the nail, is specially hardened to absorb shock if a nail is accidently fired into a knot. A no-mar foot on the nose of the nailer protects the surface of the wood.
Powered by a 600 watt motor this nailer will consistently drive 18 gauge brad nails from 15mm to 32mm and 18 gauge staples from 15mm to 25mm. Both the 18 gauge brad nails and staples are 1mm in diameter, with the brads having a 1.25mm head and the staples a 5.7mm head width. The magazine holds 100 nails and features fast and simple side loading and is supplied with 100 x 25mm nails and 300 x 19mm staples.

I have used my Rutland nailer for the first time today, I must say, I was impressed with the weight it pushed the pins down below the finish wood, I have a compressor nailer which a heavier tool to use, I am very pleased with all the tools and accessories I have purchased from Rutland.

I've been thinking about getting an electric nailer for some time. I have a cordless nailer but it's just too large and heavy to use when simply tacking pieces together during glue-ups, so when this one popped up with a great price, I jump at it.

Finally decided to give this nailer a try, glad I did. Gave it a try and found the hardest bit of wood I had and fired a 35mm pin right through the centre of a knot without any problems. Good powerful nailer.

This is my first electric nailer but not my first purchase from Rutland. I've been very happy with all my previous buys from Rutland so having compared prices and specs I knew I could get cheaper but I also had faith in Rutland's quality.

I have never used a nail gun before, but I have been impressed so far. Brought this cheap in the price drop sale so a good deal. You have to press down quite hard or the nail head does not sink in fully, but once you realise that no problem. Easy to load and use.

Very solid bit of kit. Main downside is that both hands are required to operate the trigger and press down firmly on the rear of the gun to enable nails to finish flush. You are therefore unable to hold light trims or other pieces to a vertical surface or overhead while nailing if you want nails to sit flush or below the surface.

Bought as an alternative to bringing a compressor to site. Works great and is more powerful than expected. Takes up to 32mm pins which is perfect! It is quite heavy but lighter than lugging a compressor around!

Not needing a nailer on a regular basis I decided to try this one, not disappointed with it. Good at most jobs I need it for. Needs 2 hands on occasions to exert enough downward pressure to make the nail sit flush on harder materials is the only possible downside to it, but unless you have an air nailer this is often the case. With other nailers.

Bought the cordless nailer a while back and that great so decided to buy an extra gun when on offer for staples. Its very very easy to use and given me a no mark finish. As long as hold in place firmly staples ping in accurately not had one bad one in about 250 so far. Brads are same as my other gun so a good extra for different sizes. Highly recommended for price I paid,

Never had a nailer before so thought I would dip my toe in the water with this one. Price was attractive. Have used it to tack items before gluing and screwing on occasion. Works fine. Not had a jam of any sort yet so we'll happy with that. Would I buy again knowing what I do now? Certainly would. Love it.
