It's a common problem, starting a project, setting up your router and finding that your cutter does not quite reach the height required. Its an easy problem to fix, forget the expense of extra long cutters use one of these collet extensions instead. Our 1/2" shank single collet extensions give an extra 2" in height, more than enough for any routing project, and are available with either 1/2" or 1/4" collets. Computer balanced for perfect true running, these extensions also make router bit changes easier as the collet can be accessed above the router table. An essential item for any router table user. ©
