These router bit setup blocks ensure you set the router bit to the precise height every time to produce perfect lock mitre joints. All that you need to do is align the block with the cutting edge of the bit by bringing the bit up through the table. Once the bit is aligned the block is flipped over and the fence is either moved forwards or backwards so that the block is aligned with the cutting edge of the bit. The height of the wood needs to be equal to height of the block which is 27.1mm.
The blocks are made from high density polyethylene which is known for its high strength to density ratio to make the blocks durable and long lasting. Each block comes with a lifetime warranty, if a block were to fail because of a manufacturing or material defect it would be replaced free of charge.
