These router bit setup blocks ensure you set the router bit to the precise height every time to produce perfect glue joints. All that you need to do is align the block with the cutting edge of the bit by bringing the bit up through the table. Once the bit is aligned vertically, the fence needs to be set so that the cutting edge is level with the fence, this can be done using the setup block. Once set up, the cuts can be made, remembering that one piece needs to be cut face down, and the other face up. The height of the wood needs to be equal to height of the block which is 20mm.
The blocks are made from high density polyethylene which is known for its high strength to density ratio to make the blocks durable and long lasting. Each block comes with a lifetime warranty, if a block were to fail because of a manufacturing or material defect it would be replaced free of charge.
