Product Details
This premium worktop jig is engineered from solid grade, high-performance premium phenolic known for its exceptional strength, stability and warp resistance - as well as being totally water and liquid resistant. Budget jigs made from laminated composite can warp and lose stability due to moisture absorption and temperature change leading to inaccurate cuts and joints. The extremely durable, anti-friction phenolic allows your router to glide smoothly through the cut without snagging. Inferior jigs made from less durable composite material can wear over time leading to imperfections in the surface and inaccurate cuts and joints.
This unique, patented variable angle worktop jig offers a multi-purpose solution for kitchen worktops. Precision CNC machine cut with +/- 0.02mm accuracy it will ensure you achieve professional, out of square and standard left and right hand joints in worktops with a range of 11 different widths - 250 / 300 / 400 / 450 / 500 / 550 / 600 / 616 / Ikea 620 / 650 / 700mm. Other techniques for non-square walls are often inaccurate and produce poor joints. The innovative angle adjustment plate (sold separately) allows non-restricted, continuous adjustment to cut out of square joints with a range of 85°-95°. This variable angle design has the additional capacity to find and set the angle required, providing consistent, perfectly matched joints.
This multi-purpose jig can be used for both postformed and contemporary square edge worktops and enables you to create a huge range of further joints and cuts - including peninsular joints, corner radii (40mm, 100mm) and angle cuts at 90°, 45° and 22.5°. The jig also includes facility for 35mm cabinet door hinge recesses (18mm carcass), three apertures for 65mm and 150mm joining bolts and holes for 35mm tap fixings.
Laser-engraved essential instructions and diagrams on the jig surface allow for very quick setup and ease of use. The engravings are cut into the phenolic surface meaning they will not wear under constant friction from the router - providing long lasting clarity. A comprehensive user manual is also included alongside four 10mm precision fit ABS aligning pins. To use this jig you will need a ˝" hand router, router bit (diameter: 12.7mm, height: 50.8mm - straight with end cutting), 30mm guide bush and clamps.

Not only is this jig really precise it comes with a fool proof instruction manual which shows step by step instructions. Fantastic.

Faultless. Been using worktop jigs for over 20 years and have to say its the best i have ever used. Joints are clean and accurate, top is smooth and there is no deflection even when the router hangs on the edge of the jig. Two other guys on site have just ordered one after seeing mine. 10 out of 10.

Very professional jig and in a different class to other jigs i have used from the likes of Unika. Heavy to carry but great to use. Looks like it will last a lifetime.

This is a solid and sturdy worktop jig and looks really well made. There is no flexing of the jig even when i use my old and heavy Hitachi M12 router. The outer and inner edges are really smooth which makes life so much easier as you can make one clean pass with the router without stopping. I have routed out just over 50 metres of tops in the past few days and each and every joint has been spot on so far. Peg holes are quite tight at first and I had to tap in with a hammer but i'd prefer that to a loose fit. i paid the extra for what i hoped was a top quality jig and i think that's exactly what it is. Tried all the cheap MDF versions in the past and the're OK but just don't last long before they wear. Would i recommend - yes
