This is an extremely well designed and engineered router table fence for woodworkers making their own bespoke router tables. The main body of the fence is manufactured from a large, single section of hardened aluminium extrusion, measuring 700mm in length and 95mm in height with a depth of 100mm. The top face of the fence has a horizontal 19mm T slot to accept the brackets that hold a vertical section of 19mm T Track, into which optional feather boards and home made jigs can be fitted. There is a full length self adhesive scale with metric increments which reads from both left and right from the centre of the fence.
The two sub fences are made from a special phenolic which is extremely hard wearing and offers minimal levels of friction to ensure a smooth passage against the workpiece. The sub fences when fully extended leave an opening of 100mm to allow for the use of large diameter router bits, such as raised field panel and door bits. Mounted to the rear of the main fence are two brackets that feature micro adjustment controls. These brackets have 19mm T sliders that slide into the two lengths of 400mm long T Track that are flush mounted into a router table top. Another awesome quality product from Rutlands! This is really well put together and just oozes quality, perfectly fitting t-tracks, the phenolic fence is hard and smooth which allows wood to just glide across it. The full length scale is accurate and the dust removal is good. All in all it is a perfect router table fence which is a pleasure to use and should last a lifetime.

Having spent a considerable amount of time and money building a combined Workbench / MFT / Router Table and bought a Large 2400 Watt Triton TRA001 Router I wanted a really nice Router Fence to finish it off.
Being a Hobbyist and recently retired I couldn't justify spending almost £1000 pounds on a state of the art Incra Wonder Fence and Incra LS Positioner etc.
I'm so glad I didn't because this Rutlands Router Fence is an amazing piece of equipment for an amazing price.
All parts of the Fence are extremely well engineered from quality materials and the Micro adjust feature whilst not perhaps as precise as the very expensive Incra Positioners gives the option of making very small adjustments to the position of the Fence very easily.
On top of that, the Dust Extraction facility in the End of the Fence makes it possible to reduce the amount of dust created when Routing, especially MDF which we all know is not very good for your lungs at all.
I would highly recommend this Fence to anyone building their own router table and I have added extra T-Track to my Bench to allow me to turn the Fence through 90 Degrees for routing along very long boards should I want to.
If that wasn't enough, the whole Fence system was delivered very quickly and was extremely well packaged.
