Product Details
This router table fence is precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminium with a black anodized finish. On the top face of the fence is a metric scale and a 8.3mm T Track for use with Rutlands® flip stops and on the front face there is another 8.3mm T Track for mounting Rutlands® featherboards and the height adjustable router bit guard. The two sub-fences are made from a solid composite with a low friction, phenolic laminate surface to ensure smooth movement of the workpiece. The fences can be adjusted, tool free, to accomodate any router bit from 10mm to 115mm in diameter and the outfeed sub-fence can be off-set to allow for edge planing.
The two fence support brackets are mounted to each side of router table top, allowing the fence to be moved back and forth. An adjustable metric scale on the fence brackets allows you to precisely align, zero and set the position of the fence to the router bit. Two tall knobs allow for quick and easy movement of the fence, from the front of the table, negating the need to reach around the back of the fence each time an adjustment needs to be made.
The rear of the aluminium fence is machined to accept the 63mm dust port for connection to a dust extraction system or the Rutlands® dust box. This router table fence is 90mm tall and 910mm in length ensuring maximum support when routing long workpieces. Engineered specifically to fit Rutlands® router tables and Rutlands® sliding carriage.
