The legs and braces on this router table stand are made from 38mm wide x 2mm thick box-section steel for guaranteed strength and rigidity. The stand has been specifically designed to ensure that the legs and braces fit perfectly square to each other, via a series of pre-welded locking nuts and stainless-steel fixings.
Premium Phenolic Router Table Top R5134
This table top is made from a 19mm premium-grade, low friction, solid phenolic that is extremely strong, hard wearing, scratch resistant and waterproof, eliminating the risk of warping or distortion when working in cold or damp workshops. Phenolic is produced under extreme high pressure and heat resulting in a table top that is exceptionally accurate, flat and level. The 800mm wide by 600mm deep table ensures excellent support and stability when routing large and long workpieces. Set flush in the top is an extruded aluminium, double T track which includes a standard 19mm track for use with mitre gauges and feather boards, and a 6.3mm T slot for use with stops and home made jigs.

The height adjustment is controlled from above the table by inserting and rotating the removable crank handle, making adjustment fast, simple and extremely precise. The lift positions the router collet above the table surface when fully raised to allow for easy access and quick bit changes. The main drive spindle is precision CNC machined and features a fine pitch thread that allows you to tune-in the height of the router bit to a resolution of 0.025mm. Once the router bit is set to the cutting height, a special spindle-locking mechanism prevents the height setting from changing due to vibration.

Like the other reviewers say this is a top end router table. The phenolic table is very heavy and really helps the wood move through the bit. The lift is so simple to use and so precise I wish I had one 10 years ago. Good working height means i'm no longer bending over as much. When you lock off the feather boards they stay put even under pressure. My recommendation is if you can afford buy one today.

The router lift and motor are of a very high quality. As soon as you take them out of the box you realise you have just bought a premium piece of kit. Took me just over 3 hours to fully assemble and set up. The fence is nice and tall and gives excellent support but the star of the show has to be the lift mechanism - so controllable and a joy to use.

I am seriously impressed with this table. The router lift is so smooth and can be set to pin point accuracy. I had to use a 30mm rounding over bit on tulip wood and the motor kept its speed constant without slowing down, leaving a fantastic clean finish. The phenolic table is super flat and wood glides along the surface with much less friction than my home made top. Build quality is first class throughout. Routing just got a lot more enjoyable.

Delighted with my new router table. Delivered in six, very well packaged boxes it took me just over 2 hours to fully assemble. The build quality of the lift and motor is excellent and the solid phenolic top is perfectly flat allowing the plate of the lift to sit flush. It's a delight to use as well. You can easily change bits from above the table a the collet protrudes in its highest position. When you set your bit to your required height it does wander or creep back down. This is a very well thought through and engineered router table. Delighted.
