This mini bench grinder is designed to sharpen knives and tools, polish, grind, drill, deburr and remove rust. It is powered by a quiet running 100 watt motor that has a variable speed control from 3000 to 9000rpm with minimal levels of vibration. It comes fitted with fine (100 grit) and medium (80 grit) grinding wheels with tilting tool rests and eye guards. The grinding wheels measure 50mm in diameter by 13mm in width.
By removing the protective cap on the end of the drive shaft, you can attach the tapered mandrel that allows you to fit the supplied polishing mop, brass and steel wire wheels and the felt and cotton wheels. The flexible drive shaft measures 1 metre in length and allows you to reach and work on any size of workpiece without restrictions. The shaft features a collet to accept 3mm shank diameter burrs, stones and polishing heads. Fine grinding dust is captured in the base of the machine and can be removed via the dust drawer. Outstanding little grinder. Well built, stable and quiet. The flexi shaft is an added bonus for more intricate work, as are the buffing and polishing wheels.

This bench grinder is small housed in a plastic body. I purchased this at sale price and for what was paid it's good value for money. I really wanted it for the polishing buffs and the long flexible multi tool holder that can be fitted on to the drive spindle.

This grinder is just right for the small workshop, mine is a tiny shed.The grinder runs smoothly, I've used it on two chisels so far ,with good results. Used with light pressure it did a good job.I found for polishing it tended to move about but found underneath there are 4 captive nuts,I made a base using these and it makes all the difference.

Genuinely nice little unit. I had a Tormek but still ended up using diamonds plates for my chisels and the like (being old school) and sold it. This little guy can do a fast whizz on them for deburr etc and just handy for small grinding and sharpening jobs. I like it a lot and its well suited for any DIT enthusiast up to the not quite pro shop.

This grinder runs very smoothly and with virtual no vibration even when run at maximum speed. The long shaft is very handy when grinding in tight corners. Excellent quality.
