Designed with twin clamps to prevent the blade from pivoting, this scissor jig for your wetstone sharpening system provides a much safer, practical and less time consuming way to sharpen your scissors as opposed to sharpening them by hand. With a Teflon coated back plate that further reduces the risk of overheating your tools, this jig mounts straight on to the support bar of your wetstone system and is fully adjustable to accommodate all angles of blades or garden sheers. The support plate locks still on the standard support bar, allowing for repeatable grinds, and the jig then pushes against the plate, keeping it true for the full sharpening duration. ©
