Product Details
Being made from die cast aluminium alloy these clamps will be able to withstand the strong clamping pressure they produce. The rear jaw of this clamp is spring loaded which allows small adjustments before exerting the full force of the clamp onto your workpiece. One handed bar clamps are the perfect clamp to use when working alone or working overhead. Each clamp can exert up to 3500N of force which can be transferred using just one hand. The patented pump lever mechanism is extremely easy to use and once secure is guaranteed not to slip and ruin the joints of your project. Upon inspection the quality of these aluminium bar clamps is excellent, they will not disappoint.
The main bar is made of a single piece of 19mm x 6mm I profiled carbon steel which prevents flexing when clamping and maximises strength and durability. The jaw pads are made of thermoplastic rubber for grip, and have fractional allowance meaning even slightly irregular work can be clamped securely. Thermoplastic rubber has properties of both plastic and rubber ensuring excellent abrasion resistance, comfort, tear strength and weather resistance. The die cast aluminium jaws will not deform when clamping and can quickly be reversed for spreading actions. A quick release trigger on the rear handle makes disengaging the clamp a simple task.

A workshop staple I've been using these sorts of clamps for years. These are some of the best I've used in terms of quality and construction, the jaws are well designed and the quick release mechanism is fast and smooth. Incredibly robust under pressure too, excellent

Much bigger than I imagined but light years better than most clamps you will see. advertised.
Would highly recommend these as no way is anything moving when used properly. I am doing a lot of loose tenon routing and peanut joints. and these hold the work and jigs with ease and gives you confidence and quality. Bought a lot of kit in last 12 months and these up with the best.
