Product Details
These quick lever guide rail clamps are compatible with most guide rails providing they accept a 11.5mm x 7.5mm spigot. The spigot can also be fed through a bench hole which then allows the clamp to be used as a bench hold down clamp. You can quickly apply the maximum force of 1500N to your workpiece thanks to the zinc alloy ratchet mechanism, eliminating the need to crank a handle like with traditional clamps. The ratchet mechanism is resistant to vibrations meaning the clamps will maintain their clamping pressure even if your work is vibrating heavily, making them perfect for many jobs. The handle has been ergonomically designed to enable a secure hold when tightening or releasing the clamp and is fitted with a quick release button to instantly disengage the clamp.
The main bar is made of a single piece of 14mm x 7mm I profiled steel that prevents the bar from flexing when clamping and maximises strength and durability. The bar and sliding arm are fully galvanized to prevent corrosion and increase the working life of the clamp. These clamps have a clamping capacity of 300mm, and the length of the spigot is 60mm.

Really well made and have amazing clamping power, they slide smoothly along the T-track and drop into the MFT holes easily. Not much more say apart from buy a set and see for yourself.

Powerful clamps with an easy action. Great for saw rails, need care when used to help a glue-up. They pull inwards very slightly as they clamp down so need bit of re-adjustment.

Thoroughly Excellent :) Fit my Festool guide rails perfectly. The deeper capacity is very useful. Solidly made, and easy to use. Got these on the offer price which made them about a third of the FS equivalent. Very pleased.
