Using wire cable ties are a waste of time when they eventually break. These cable clamps are perfect and really useful. Having several tools with electric cables that have wire ties to keep the cable together have all been replaced with the cable clamps. Brilliant and useful.

An excellent idea. Unlike conventional cable ties, these clamps can easily be removed and refitted - which makes them ideal for securing power tool leads with dust extraction hoses. That's what I mostly use mine for. I can also see these clamps as being useful for securing bundles of bandsaws blades safely, without having to pick off bits of masking tape and clean off the residue when it comes to selecting a blade. There are cheaper options available (cable ties; standard and velcro-backed) but they won't last and long and most are disposable by nature.
