These pocket hole assembly clamps feature a fast jaw clamping mechanism which allows them to be applied one handed within seconds with minimal adjustment being needed to alter their clamping capacity. The clamps are perfect for pocket hole joinery because you can hold your joints at 90 degrees during assembly. There is a hardended pin on the top jaw which fits perfectly into a pocket hole and this, coupled with the swivelling foot on the opposite face holds the conjoining workpieces together while you drive a screw into an adjacent pocket hole. This creates very sturdy joints that are always at 90 degrees to each other. The clamps can be used on a multitude of different sized projects, their jaws open wide enough to accomodate larger work and several clamps can be used at the same time when assembling the largest of projects.
Constructed from steel forgings for strength and durability each clamp features an ergonomically designed handle to allow you to easily transfer the clamping force. There is a quick release lever within the handle meaning the clamp can be disengaged very quickly and smoothly.

Nice solid clamp and am so glad I finally decided to buy a couple of them, makes cabinet making an easier job now. Would blindly recommend any of the Rutland products to anyone in the trade or DIY and this one is a must for pocket hole lovers. The grips are perfect size and the holding pressure can be adjusted as required. Decent size of clamps to accommodate offset joints as well. Brilliant equipment.

These days one has to look high and low to find the tools that one needs. Then looking for a sale at a good price is another target, provided that you can also get good delivery prospects. I was looking for a pocket hole assembly clamp as I find using pocket holes in my woodworking a very handy way of assembling boxes and other designs. I found all of the above conditions answered at "Rudlands" .It was easy to order what I wanted and delivery was well priced too. The tool arrived on time. It was very well packed both internally and externally. On opening the package I found the clamp to be in absolutely sound condition, fulfilling all of my requirements for a top quality material, ready to be put to good use.

Had never used these before but have found myself using pocket holes more and more so decided to invest in a pair, they do a great job at holding your boards together, particularly at right angles where any other clamp would struggle. The smaller jaw slides perfectly into pocket holes leaving no room for movement and the clamping pressure is plenty strong enough to make sure your work doesn't slide whilst you're putting screws in.
