Airless Paint Sprayer with Trolley

The Rutlands® airless paint sprayer provides rapid paint application, delivering paint up to 15 times faster than traditional methods, at a rate of up to 5m2 per minute. Its speed and efficiency makes it ideal for both DIY and professional use; home renovations, commercial or industrial applications or even larger-scale projects. The sprayer allows continuous operation, requiring no decanting or refilling - simply drop the feed tube directly into the paint container, prime the unit, and get straight to spraying. 

Airless spray technology pumps paint under high pressure through a fine spray tip, atomising into a fine mist with no air required. The result is a smooth, streak-free finish with consistent, even coverage whether on flat or textured surfaces. Achieve professional level finishes with both water and solvent-based paints, including emulsion, satin, gloss, vinyl, matt, silk, primers, undercoats and enamels, as well as varnish, lacquer, stains and other specialist coatings. 

The high-efficiency pump delivers up to 200 Bar (3000 PSI) of adjustable spraying pressure to suit the chosen finish. Cycling on and off automatically, the pump works on-demand to ensure the output pressure remains constant during use. All controls are centrally located and easily identified, simplifying operation from start-up to clean up. 

The ergonomic spray gun features durable, stainless-steel construction whilst remaining lightweight and comfortable to use. Integrated within the handle is a filter, removing unwanted particles before they leave the gun to ensure the highest quality surface finish. The gun is supplied with a 517 spray tip, providing a 250mm fan width and best suited for medium-viscosity paints. The high-quality tip ensures reduced overspray and more precise application, with less tailing and overlap between strokes. Alternative tips are available separately, selected according to the material thickness. Each spray tip is reversible, clearing clogs fast with a simple twist.

The 7.5m high-pressure hose provides extensive reach and multi-storey coverage when working outdoors. When not in use, the hose wraps neatly around the trolley-mounted hose wrap. The trolley sits securely on non-slip feet during use and can be wheeled around for easy re-positioning. Supplied with the sprayer is a tool kit, cleaning needle and brush. ©
