The Rutlands® brushless cordless random orbital polisher with 12mm orbit delivers fast and efficient spot repair. Lightweight, ergonomic and highly manoeuvrable, the polisher is designed for small-scale paint correction on complex curves, contours, headlights or in any tight, compact spaces where a full-sized polisher would not be effective. Supplied with two 2.5Ah batteries and charger, the polisher allows portable paint correction, with the freedom to move unrestricted for all-round access. The 12mm long-throw orbit provides a perfect balance between a wider, more effective cutting area and smooth, safe, and highly controllable operation.

Professional, Showroom-Quality Finishes
The high performance, maintenance-free brushless motor operates across a 7-gear variable speed range (2,000 - 5,000 OPM), allowing careful control of the material removal rate. The ‘dual action’ or random orbital motion spins the pad in an elliptical orbit, reducing heat build-up for more forgiving operation than rotary polishers, significantly reducing the risk of holograms or burning through paintwork. Supplied with polisher are 75mm and 50mm backing pads, along with 5 wool pads in each size. The wool pads provide fast defect removal, easily removing deep scratches or heavy swirl marks. With lower heat generation than foam pads, their natural fibres allow the wool pads to stay cooler for longer.

Developed for demanding polishing operations across many industries, the Rutlands® polisher will remove scratches, swirls and surface defects to achieve a flawless glossy lustre on automotive or marine clearcoats, lacquers and topcoats. Suitable for wider renovation tasks, the polisher also will leave a shiny high gloss finish on epoxy resin, acrylic, plexiglass, painted wooden surfaces or solid surface materials - worktops, walls, and commercial fixtures.

Comfortable, Strain-Free Operation
The ergonomically designed body sits comfortably in the hand and features non-slip soft touch overmoulding on the working surfaces. The polisher features a precision CNC-machined steel counterbalance in the head, reducing vibration for smooth, effortless operation.
