Brushless Cordless 20V Palm and Delta Orbital Sanders with 100 Net Abrasive Sheets & Storage Case

The Rutlands® cordless palm and delta orbital sanders with 2 x 20V, 2.0Ah batteries and 60 minute chargers feature high performance, maintenance-free brushless motors, ensuring long battery run times and maximum sanding coverage per charge. Intelligent speed control maintains constant speed under load, ensuring a consistent material removal rate and the highest quality, paint-ready finish. Equipped with soft start, the motors gradually and safely build up speed and operate between a variable speed range of 4,000 to 10,000rpm, finely controlled by the paddle switches

Ergonomically designed, the lightweight low profile bodies, combined with low vibration and noise values, allow the tools to be used for long periods without fatigue. The 1.5mm orbit palm sander is supplied with a 81mm x 133mm backing pad and the 1.5mm orbit delta sander includes a 100mm x 152mm backing pad. Both sanders are designed for ultra-fine sanding and finishing applications, providing combined all-round coverage into tight corners and hard-to-reach areas, ideal for windows, door and frames.

Lightweight at only 1.6kg, the sanders are comfortable to use whether operated flat, vertical or overhead, and are ideal for use in complex or difficult to access areas where a power cable or dust hose would be cumbersome. The rear body dust ports provide connection to the supplied fine filter dust bags or can be directly connected to a dust extractor. Supplied with the sanders are 2 x dust collection bags, 2 x 20V, 2.0Ah batteries and 2 x chargers.

The included net abrasives maximise dust extraction, reducing exposure to the most dangerous, harmful sanding dust or toxic paint residues. The abrasives are suitable for use on a range of materials from hardwoods, softwoods and exotic woods to primers, paints and lacquers, composites and non-ferrous metals. The durable aluminium oxide abrasive coating dulls slowly, delivering a high cut rate, excellent hardness and low heat retention. ©
