FULL DESCRIPTION
This variable height dust hose stand is used in combination with industry standard 102mm dust hose and 100mm dust hoods, to capture waste from machinery or power tools where a direct connection is not possible. Typically used with woodturning lathes and pillar drills or handheld power tools such as sanders or power carvers, not equipped with dedicated dust ports.

The 100mm tubular body features a smooth internal bore, eliminating resistance to provide maximum airflow and dust collection efficiency. At one end is a dust hose clamp with integrated butterfly key, for tool free connection to 102mm dust hose. At the other end sits a rubber port adaptor with two keyed clamps, for quick and easy connection to 100m dust collection fittings. The tube can be rotated through a full 360° and tilted up or down through a 180° range, moving unrestricted for positioning at the best possible angle.

The strong steel stand is height adjustable from 750mm to 1,200mm, allowing it to get as close as possible to the source of the dust, sending it straight to your dust collector. Three splayed legs provide a large, stable footprint, with the rubber feet ensuring a non-slip grip on uneven workshop floors. ©

Great addition

I had been thinking of knocking up my own free-standing nozzle to collect the dust from my disc sander, but when I saw this on the Rutland website it was a no-brainer at the price. And I'm happy to report it's very effective and a great addition to my (now less dusty) workshop.

Very useful piece of equipment

I bought this to go with my Camac dust extractor. It’s well built, easy to assemble, and puts the hose of the Camvac in the perfect position for my lathe. Recommended

Stable and Effective

I bought this to hold a big mouth dust hood and connect it to flexible pipe from a dust extractor for my lathe. It's easy to assemble, easy to connect, strong, adjustable and well finished. And it was a bargain for £40 in the sale.

Hose Stand

Purchased this hose stand to help with mitre saw dust collection, the stand is very good quality and sturdy, wasn't expecting it to be this solid at the price point but was pleasantly surprised, Rutlands does it again with quality at an affordable price - 5 stars
