Including six different types of screws with different lengths, threads and heads, this 700 piece pocket hole screw set contains all the screws you could need for making pocket hole joints. The screws have No 2 Square heads, recognised as the industry standard head style by cabinetmakers worldwide as they give the best grip and will not round. The screws either have a large washer head which gives the most surface area when tightening and to stop the screw going through into the joining workpiece, or a pan head which is ideal for use on smaller projects.

Fine threaded screws are for hardwoods such as oak, cherry and walnut. Coarse threaded screws are for softwoods, plywood, MDF and melamine. The thread is self-tapping to prevent the splitting of the wood and it will screw the whole length up to the washer to give a very secure joint. The different lengths of screw can be used on different thicknesses of workpiece.

25mm screws can be used for 13mm workpieces.

32mm screws can be used for 19mm workpieces.

38mm screws can be used for 25mm workpieces.

50mm screws can be used for 32mm workpieces.

63mm screws can be used for 38mm workpieces.

Supplied in a pre-organised carry case for easy portability, the 700 piece set contains 150x 25mm screws which come with a pan head and coarse thread. 150x 32mm screws, 100x 38mm screws, 75x 50mm screws and 75x 63mm screws all in a coarse thread for softwoods and all have washer heads. Finally, 150x 32mm screws with a washer head and a fine thread for hardwoods. A necessity for any woodworker with a pocket hole jig. ©
