FULL DESCRIPTION

This lightweight yet incredibly robust portable folding workstand sets up in seconds, providing a stable platform for power tools, machinery, MFT table tops, glue-ups or general woodworking tasks. Ideal for use outdoors, on site or in workshops where space is at a premium, this workstand will fold away to take up minimal valuable storage space and is light enough at 7kg to be easily transported.

Engineered from a high-strength aluminium alloy, the workstand features a large load bearing capacity of 400kg. At full extension it will create a 590mm x 1100mm working area at a comfortable working height of 800mm. Large, impact resistant support brackets at the top and bottom of stand provide stability without marking the workshop floor. Pre-drilled holes in the top supports allow for the fixing of plywood, MDF or solid wood worktops using the supplied screws, and the outermost pairs of legs can be secured to 2x4” or similar wooden battens to create a sturdy mobile saw horse.

All aluminium components feature a hard-wearing, anodised finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a long working life. Requiring no assembly, this workstand is easy to use, setup and store, with a folded dimension of 935mm x 140mm x 210mm. ©

Great workstand

This folding workstand is just what I've been for.I use the Microjig matchfit system and have been looking out for a robust folding table similar to the Bora system Which I also have with the MFT work top. I find both the MFT and Matchfit systems are great for working with.
This gives me the freedom to design a portable Matchfiit worktop that I can use away from my workshop. The only one issue and it's a minor one is the height. It could do with being slightly higher or be offered up in two sizes like the Bora Centipede.
This can easily be overcome by a little bit of adaptation though. I may even attempt to design something on the 3D printer for it.

Folding Work stand

We used it first to cut Sound plasterboards to the ceiling profile. Gave a safe work height support while measuring and cutting it clawing a perfect board fit.
Easy to open and close. Great for my limited space.

Strong and Functional Addition for Site or Workshop

If you need a site or workshop table support then this is the one. I was very impressed by the 3 or 4 seconds that it needed to open and put in place. I expected it to be a bit wobbly before a top went on but was surprised to find how stable it was. The struts distribute the weight evenly. Screws are supplied to fit a permanent top, or a temporary one can be fitted quickly with just a couple or no screws. I immediately looked at Rutland to find a cheap bag for storage or transportation but alas no. Brilliant product but you've missed a trick not being able to supply a bag.
