These Rutlands® sanding sponges feature a soft EVA foam core, shaping easily to internal and external curves, profiles and contoured surfaces. Sanding areas unreachable by traditional sandpaper sheets, these sponges conform to surface irregularities and apply even pressure for a smooth, consistent finish.
The pack includes 2 sponges each at grits of 80, 120, 180, 240 and 320, with the durable aluminium oxide abrasive suitable for use on a wide range of surfaces, including paint, wood, plaster and metal. The closed-coat abrasive grains are densely packed on the surface, resulting in faster cutting performance and finer, more uniform results, ideal for finishing applications. Reusable and long-lasting, the sponges can be used for wet or dry sanding and can be washed to remove dust and debris. Supplied as a pack of 10. ©
