FULL DESCRIPTION
These router bit setup blocks ensure you set the router bit to the precise height every time to produce perfect lock mitre joints. All that you need to do is align the block with the cutting edge of the bit by bringing the bit up through the table. Once the bit is aligned the block is flipped over and the fence is either moved forwards or backwards so that the block is aligned with the cutting edge of the bit. The height of the wood needs to be equal to height of the block which is 19.05mm.

The blocks are made from high density polyethylene which is known for its high strength to density ratio to make the blocks durable and long lasting.

Router bit shown for illustration purposes only and is not included with the setup block. Setup block can also be used for TR244.

Great jig

Great jig for quick easy set up, I tried without the jig & it took me ages & could quite it but first time set up using this. I would highly recommend for all levels of skill

Super quick set up block BUT to any potential purc...

Super quick set up block BUT to any potential purchaser please note that your timber has to be perfectly the same thickness exactly as the block. My timber was already planed to a different thickness so the block to me was actually useless. My own naivety was to blame and not the block which is a super little set up guide so still deserves the 5 stars.. I eventually set my bit by measurement and trial and error which took about 10 mins and then saved a piece of scrap which is now my set up block for my choice of timber thickness for next time.
