They are precision milled from aircraft grade aluminium and are accurate to 0.025mm. Each block has been laser engraved with its size for easy identification. The blocks are supplied in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20 and 25mm heights, with the 25mm block also offering a 50mm and a 75mm dimension. The blocks can be stacked to give incremental heights from 1mm through to 25mm. The set of 14 blocks are supplied in a protective hard plastic storage case. ©

My first order with Rutlands and I have to say I'm very impressed indeed. The quality of product is top notch, and this particular item has far exceeded my expectations. That may sound a bit glib for a review of a box of metal blocks, but the very simple way these blocks have improved my workflow is just brilliant...
I used to spend ages a with metal rule and the adjusters on my table saw fence to get accurate cuts; it could get a bit frustrating especially as my eyesight isn't quite what it used to be. Then the Rutlands Setup Blocks arrived...
As singles or "stacked" to create the required width, I now just pop them next to the blade (teeth), bring the fence up and lock it down. Perfect! Bang on cuts every time.
I'll be wringing every ounce of use out of these, and I wholly recommend them!
Rutlands' customer service is also excellent by the way. A small query was handled quickly and efficiently, which gives me the confidence to say that with this being my first order it will by no means be my last.
Item as described, very good quality
Great set of set up blocks. Lovely black anodised finish with clear etched markings. Have checked with my trusted digital calliper and every piece is well within the stated tolerance. Used to set table saw fence parallel to blade. They come in a storage box with a foam insert, the box is made from a sturdy plastic that feels like it’s not going to disintegrate if dropped and each piece is set into slots in the foam insert that is also sturdy and tight enough to hold the pieces tightly. my eyesight ain’t what it used to be and these blocks will aid me greatly, easy to see markings on a rule for the big numbers then finish off with a block to gain precise final measurement.
