Slider Bar - 19mm x 450mm

With this slider bar you can custom build your own jigs and fixtures in the knowledge that they are going to run perfectly square in industry standard mitre slots of table saws or in 19mm T Track. The mitre bar is manufactured from hardened anodised aluminium, measuring 19mm wide x 9.5mm deep x 450mm long and features a series of 3 expansion discs to ensure zero side play and friction-free travel.

By adjusting the expansion discs with the simple turn of an allen key the bar will give a no-play fit in table saw and router table mitre gauge channels ranging from 19 to 19.9mm in width. In addition two, 23.5mm diameter removable steel discs at the end of the bar allows for a no-play fit in industry standard 19mm T Track.

The underside of the bar features a series of machined holes that have been countersunk for the fitting of screws and bolts for mounting custom jigs, clamps, stops and knobs. Supplied with a set of 3 spare expansion discs this slider bar will prove invaluable when making home made jigs, fixtures, stops and mitre gauges that need to run square. ©
