FULL DESCRIPTION
This premium wall-mounted fine filter dust collector features a pleated canister filter, which traps particles as small as 1 micron, preventing fine dust from re-entering the workshop. You do not even have to open the cannister to unclog it, you simply turn a crank handle, which spins a flap, knocking the dust off the walls of the loaded canister filter. Waste is collected in the 80 litre tear resistant clear collection bag. Wall-mounted dust collectors have become extremely popular over the past few years, as they save on valuable workshop floor space and make emptying of the collection bag far easier and faster. This powerful dust collector can be connected to a stand-alone machine or can be connected to a 100mm dust system.

The 750W induction motor produces a low level of noise at 87 dB, similar to that of a woodturning lathe, whilst generating an impressive air flow of 750 m3/h using the pleated cannister filter. This airflow is a measurement of average air flow rather than a peak air flow, that other manufacturers may detail. The 100mm inlet diameter combined with the airflow is more than sufficient to handle the majority of waste produced in the workshop by sanders, circular saws, bandsaws, spindle moulders, router tables, planers and woodturning lathes. The main body of the dust collector is made from heavy gauge sheet steel and all of the welds are smoothly finished to prevent sharp edges. The impellor is made from steel to handle large chippings in addition to coarse and fine dust.

The NVR switch is conveniently positioned on the front face of the motor for quick and easy access if you need to switch the motor off in the event of a hose blockage. The wall mount bracket should be located a minimum of 1.6m from the workshop floor to allow for the collection bag to hang free.

This model is supplied with a 3 metre premium polyurethane clear dust hose (Part No R8500) , pleated filter canister with crank handle, clear collection bag, wall mount bracket, dust hose clip and a fleece collection bag (if you wish to use without the pleated canister). ©

I bought this collection system for my one garage shop

I bought this collection system for my one garage shop as I had limited floor space and this hangs on the wall nicely out of the way. It cleans up all the dust and chips from my big tools (jointer, planer, table saw) and saves me time cleaning. It is great for keeping everything in my one car garage space clean. I highly recommend for a small workshop.

Workshop Dust Collector

Definitely adequate for a garage workshop, there is no need for those giant machines. Small foot print that gives all the suction power I would ever need

Serious Suction

This has some serious suction, Ive been using it now for several months and is a step way above just using a shop vac. I would recommend getting the additonal filter to ensure microfine dust is collected.

With so many dust extractor options on the market it took me a while to make the decision to buy this one. It is simple to install and has a decent length mains cable. It is quiet and effective and being wall mounted it helps make the most of the limited space in my small workshop.Changing the bag when full is very easy and clearing the filter to maintain airflow while keeping harmful fine dust out of the workshop could not be more simple!I added the Rutlands' 63mm stretch hose so can hook up each machine in the workshop with ease!

This has proved to be the ideal solution for collecting dust in my workshop. My shop is quite small so it frees up floor space and as it is mounted quite high you don't have dust hoses trailing on the floor and tripping you up. The bag is so much easier to remove and empty compared with my previous floor standing extractor. Really well made and finished and the motor is extremely quiet. Mainly use with my planer thicknesser which produces very fine dust that now gets trapped in the canister. I tend to rotate the filter cleaner handle every 15 to 20 minutes to keep the suction level at its peak. My machines are no more than 2 metres from the extractor and suction has been more than adequate. Great machine and far less dust in the atmosphere than when i use my old needle felt bag extractor.
