This brushless palm orbital sander with M class dust extractor delivers dust-free sanding, capturing 99.9% of the dust for proven protection against harmful dust with an occupational exposure limit (OEL) greater than 0.1 mg/m³. Suitable for applications involving wood dust, MDF, fillers, gypsum, repair compounds, clear coats, silica dust and more, this extractor will improve air quality and safeguard lung health.
Auto filter cleaning pulsates the extractor's HEPA filter every 20 seconds, shifting any accumulated dust to prevent clogging, prolong filter life and maintain maximum suction power. Auto start activates the dust extractor simultaneously with the sander, running for a further 5 seconds after the sander is switched off to clear any dust left in the hose. The 3.5m long power tool hose features a quick connection fitting with compatible adaptor for direct connection to the sander. The sander's rear body dust port rotates through 360° to allow free movement of the sander without kinking of the dust hose.

The brushless palm orbital sander delivers maximum operator comfort, low vibration values (3.07 m/s²) and low noise (83 dB LpA). Ergonomically designed, the lightweight, low profile body allows the tool to be used for long periods without fatigue. Supplied with an 81mm x 133mm backing pad, this palm orbital sander runs in a 3.0mm orbit, yielding consistent surface finishes for fine sanding and finishing applications, reaching into tight corners and hard-to-reach areas, ideal for windows, door and frames.
The 350W high performance brushless motor maintains constant speed, even under heavy load, ensuring a consistent material removal rate and finish quality throughout. The motor operates between a 4,000 to 10,000rpm range, with the paddle lever allowing careful control of the speed between 4,000rpm and the current max rpm, set using the + and - buttons and LED indicators. Supplied with a 81mm x 133mm backing pad and 4 metre removable power cable.
M Class Dust Extractor with Auto Start and Auto Filter Cleaning - 40 Litre
This M class dust extractor combines consistently high suction power, auto filter cleaning and auto start functionality, ensuring a safer, dust-free work environment. Health and safety compliant for on-site use, an audible and visual alarm will advise you when the suction rate has dropped to an unsafe level. A variable air-flow control knob adjusts the suction to suit all surfaces, up to a maximum air flow rate of 216 m³/hr.
With a sleek, ergonomic design, the extractor is easily manoeuvrable and offers ample on-board storage for hoses and attachments. A generous 40 litre drum capacity allows you to work for longer, reducing downtime emptying the machine. The soft grip trolley handle folds down when not in use, and the extractor can be locked in place using the brake-operated non-marring castors. A grounding chain beneath the unit prevents the accumulation of static charge inside the dust collector and hoses. Includes filter bag, HEPA filter, flexible vacuum hose, flexible power tool hose and telescopic tube with floor brush, round brush and small crevice attachments. Suitable for wet or dry extraction. ©

What a great bit of kit
Great value for money, compared to other's I've seen, only wished I'd purchased sooner.
Very impressive piece of kit!
Took the sander and extractor for a spin today. Cracking bit of kit.Especially at the price point. Yeah I wish it had the capability of stacking tool boxes to the top with all the sanders and abrasives in it. But that’s a tiny gripe. I also wish it just had the single hose to do it all instead of one to use with tools and one with the hoover along with cleaner storage of the hose. BUT don’t let that deter you. In use it really is a great bit of kit and I do not regret my purchase at all. Rutlands if you read this. Please come out with some kind of storage box/boxes that can attach to the top of the extractor. As well as an aftermarket hose that doesn’t have the ridges along it. It can catch on corners. Rectify that and this really is a top tier product.
Over all a really great M-class vac for my hobbyist workshop /DIY use, at a great price. Really powerful suction, relatively quiet and packed with features at a price point others can't seem to come close to.
Positives for me are the operating volume is much quieter than I expected and on-par with a house vac. On first use with a track saw using the power take-off, I couldn't tell if the vac was running.
Used with the bundled sander and really impressed with the dust collection.
I've hooked mine up to a dust commander cyclone separator & drum and if there's any loss of suction with this it's not noticeable.
High Watt power take off is great but the remote control for powering on and adjusting suction was an unexpected feature and is brilliant; so convenient when vac is tucked under my bench.
Only negative point it the floor sweep attachment - it's junk. Rigid section is too short and the plastic elbow is not the correct thread to match the hose supplied. It does kind of scr3w in to hose but too easily loosens off and falls out. The other end of the plastic elbow that connects into the floor sweep head is also a rubbish fit and not snug enough, so comes apart in your hand under normal use.
