Cordless 18V Sliding Mitre Saw - 210mm with Stand

The Rutlands® 210mm cordless 18V sliding mitre saw with stand combines power and performance with the freedom and portability of a cordless tool. The saw provides quick, easy adjustment and clean, precise and tear-free cross cuts, whether on-site during 1st and 2nd fix joinery and carpentry, or in the workshop.

Powered by an 18V 4.0Ah Li-ion battery, the motor runs at a no load speed of 3,000rpm, leaving a fine, feather free finish on hard, soft and composite woods with the 40 tooth thin kerf TCT blade. The smooth, friction-free sliding rails extend the cutting capacity to 220mm x 70mm when straight cutting, 155mm x 70mm when cutting 45° mitres, 220mm x 35mm when cutting 45° bevels and 155mm x 35mm for compound mitre cutting at 45° x 45°. The depth of cut is set with an easy to use thumbwheel, allowing for trench, groove and rebate cutting. An LED shadow line indicator casts a shadow of the blade kerf onto the workpiece, for precise workpiece alignment with no calibration required.

The robust, cast aluminium table is built for durability, whilst reducing the overall weight for easy transportation. The turntable rotates 0° to 45° left and right, with positive detents quickly locking the saw in place at the most common cutting angles of 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30° and 45°. The bevel angle adjusts through a 0° to 45° range to the left, with a positive stop at 45° for fast setup. Once set, the quick-action clamp deploys in seconds on the left or right hand side of the table to securely lock down the workpiece.

The stand deploys in seconds using quick release triggers, standing at comfortable waist-high working height of 840mm. The stand offers exceptional workpiece support to improve both safety and accuracy of cut, and features 2 adjustable 250mm long roller guides, for controlled in-feed or out-feed of workpieces up to 3m in length. Supplied with the saw is a 210mm 40T blade, 4.0Ah Li-ion battery, fast charger and dust bag. ©
