The assembly of the jig is quickly adjusted to accommodate horizontal or vertical signs, with ergonomic, user-friendly star knobs locking the jig rigidly in place. The lateral position of the template can be easily adjusted through the use of two sliding arms, allowing you to fine tune the letter position prior to routing. Crisp, clear graduated scales are laser etched on all working faces of the jig, ensuring your sign is perfectly placed and parallel to the workpiece.
CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminium, the jig has been engineered for strength to ensure no flexing or bowing under load. A durable black electro-coated finish provides a hard-wearing, low friction surface, allowing the router to glide freely and produce professional quality signs. ©

Good kit for signs
Very good, lovly piece of kit, and is far beter whith the clamp well i honestly didnot think i could master that whith a router,But whith that kit it is easy thank you very much WAKO
I have had this kit for a few weeks but only just purchased and fitted the router guide bit necessary to use with the sign kit. Although the kit only consists of capital letters and 0 to 9 numbers, which obviously limits its application, the kit is very simple and easy to use and will produce excellent results after a little practice. The attached photograph is my very first attempt at using the stencils (with the Rutlands Router and their brass guide bush adaptor, which negates the need for fiddling with the phenolic sub base - recommended!).
Overall, very pleased with this. purchase and with the first class support provided by Matthew and Rutlands generally… :)

I got the sign making kit and had a trial run with it and found that the stencils tended to move while routing. I got more suitable clamps to hold everything securely and I have had very good success. I would recommend this kit.
