Router Table Dual Outlet Dust Collection Box

This router table dust collection box features dual outlets, simultaneously capturing dust from both the rear of the fence and from the point of cut, delivering the best possible performance during any routing operation. Capturing dust and debris at the source, this collection box not only ensures a cleaner, healthier working environment by reducing harmful dust in the air, but also prolongs the working life of your router.

Once mounted, power cables can be fed through the grommet on the right hand side whilst maintaining an airtight seal. On the reverse of the box are 63mm and 100mm outside diameter dust ports, for connection to industry standard 63mm and 102mm dust hose. The 63mm port is designed for connection to the dust port of the router table fence, whilst the 100mm port is connected to a dust collector. A side mounted air inlet grille ensures fresh, cooling air is fed to the motor and can be adjusted to finely balance intake air and suction. At the front of the box is a hinged access door with magnetic latch, providing a generous 204mm x 253mm access window to make quick adjustments to your router or lift if required.

Engineered from robust, high strength steel components, the box features a hard-wearing powder coated finish and provides a professional appearance once installed. The box measures 400mm in length by 350mm in width, with a height of 435mm. Encapsulated by the steel walls, router noise will also be reduced during operation.

The box features pre-drilled holes for mounting under router table tops, and is supplied with fixing hardware for Rutlands® cast iron and phenolic laminate tables. Templates are provided to quickly and easily align and mark drilling holes onto other types of router table top or homemade workbenches. ©
