Router Table Dust Cabinet

This router table dust cabinet captures dust and debris at the source, providing a cleaner working environment whilst reducing harmful dust in the air. Superior to fence mounted dust ports, which require close proximity to the router bit to be effective, this dust cabinet delivers outstanding performance during any routing operation. Strong suction forces generated inside the cabinet pull dust and debris past the router bit and motor, ensuring the surrounding workshop area, and the floor below, are kept cleaner than ever.

Engineered from heavy gauge steel, the cabinet adds mass and stability to the stand once installed, dampening vibration and supressing router noise during operation. Installation onto a Rutlands® router table is straightforward, making use of existing holes in the router table stand. Once mounted, power cables for both routers and router lifts can be fed through the grommet on the right hand panel whilst maintaining an airtight seal. On the reverse of the cabinet is a 100mm outside diameter dust port for connection to industry standard 102mm dust hose. Used in conjunction with a 100mm to 100mm & 63mm Y connector (R8588), both the cabinet and router table fence can be connected to one dust collector, capturing dust above and below the table.

Mounted to the front of the box is a hinge operated access door, which once opened provides a generous 585mm x 265mm access aperture to make quick adjustments to your router or lift if required. Each panel features a hard-wearing powder coated finish which provides a seamless, professional appearance once installed. Cannot be used in conjunction with the R5067 Router Bit Holders. ©
