These precision set up blocks allow you to quickly and accurately set up blades, router bits, drill bits, dado blades, fences, gauges and more. The blocks eliminate the need for tape measures or rulers when setting up, while guaranteeing a highly precise measurement. They can be placed onto machine beds or tabletops, leaving two hands free for machine setup.

They are precision milled from aircraft grade aluminium and are accurate to 0.025mm. Each block has been laser engraved with its size for easy identification. The blocks are supplied in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20 and 25mm heights, with the 25mm block also offering a 50mm and a 75mm dimension. The blocks can be stacked to give incremental heights from 1mm through to 25mm. The set of 14 blocks are supplied in a protective hard plastic storage case. ©

For me these setup blocks are perfect. A good and sturdy piece with accurate thickness and marking. I use them for router bit height, table saw blade height and laser focusing.

Excellent item, really accurately made, going to save me a lot of time setting up my saw/router even bandsaw distance from fence to blade.

Great bit of kit

This set of 14 set up blocks really saves time and increases setting of rigid and portable machines both in workshop and on site. They are 100% accurate, have a beautiful finish.and are perfectly sized. All I need to do now is order another set so I can keep one set in workshop and one set on van.
