Rutlands® products have a 1 Year Warranty. In the event of a failure due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and a description of the manufacturing defect.

We ship worldwide to over 200 countries. The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery. You will be able to view the shipping cost and delivery time to your destination during the checkout process.
Due to size or weight restrictions, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes. When this is the case, you will receive separate tracking information for each package. Please refer to your tracking information to confirm whether all parts of your order have been delivered.

Unwanted goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unwanted goods must be returned in a brand new condition and in their original packaging.If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us.
Any unwanted goods can be returned for a refund only, not exchange.
We recommend that you use a tracked service to return unwanted goods, should you need to trace your return. Please return to Rutlands Ltd, Deepdale Business Park, Bakewell, DE45 1GT along with a copy of the original invoice.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 5 days of receipt at our distribution centre.

Rutlands® products have a 1 Year Warranty. In the event of a failure due to a material or manufacturing defect, the product or its component will be replaced free of charge.
If your Rutlands® product becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 1 year from the date of purchase, Rutlands® will replace the defective parts or, at our discretion, replace the unit free of charge.

Rutlands® gift cards are delivered instantly by email to the email address entered at checkout. Each gift card email contains a unique code for redemption on our website. You can forward the email and code directly to the recipient.
Rutlands® gift cards can be redeemed against any product on our website. They may be used across multiple orders until the full value has been spent. If the order total is greater than the gift card value, the balance can be paid with another accepted payment method. Multiple gift cards can also be applied to the same order.
Rutlands® gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note, gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Yes. Gift cards are emailed to the address entered at checkout. If you’d like the recipient to receive it directly, enter their email address when you purchase. Alternatively, you can have it sent to your own email and simply forward the gift card email and code to them afterwards.
