Clamp Cutting Guide - 2750mm

Measuring 2750mm long this guide rail is supplied in two sections for easy transportation and storage. Made from hardened aluminium extrusion, the two sections of 65mm wide rail join seamlessly together using a steel insert bar that locks both sections rigidly together via three allen headed set screws. The guide rail is perfect for straight sawing or routing of 8' x 4' composite material sheets, plasterboard and insulation board. For smaller work pieces simply use one section of the rail.

To clamp the rail to the work piece there are two heavy duty clamps that slide into a T slot. Each clamp can slide the full length of the rail and features an adjustable mechanism to lock the clamp securely in place when positioned. The clamps operate on a toggle basis and will rigidly clamp work pieces up to 40mm thick.

This is an excellent guide rail system that will allow you to guide power tools over long and short work piece lengths with extreme accuracy and stability. ©
