Table Saw Crosscut Sled

The Rutlands® table saw crosscut sled delivers accurate, repeatable crosscuts and mitres with greater support and control than a standard mitre gauge. By providing stable, zero-clearance support throughout the cut, the sled improves accuracy, enhances safety and minimises tear-out for a cleaner finish.

The smooth phenolic laminate surface glides effortlessly across saw tables, reducing friction and ensuring controlled, consistent travel. The 75mm tall mitre fence provides stable, accurate workpiece support and a comfortable, secure grip during use. The sub-fence can be repositioned to suit the blade location, sliding right up to the blade kerf to minimise tear-out. An oversized protractor scale, marked in 1° increments, enables quick and accurate angle setting across a 50° adjustment range. 

Unlike pre-drilled sleds, the 19mm wide x 9.5mm deep aluminium slider bar is fixed by the user to suit their particular table saw. Featuring adjustable expansion discs to eliminate side play, the bar can be positioned to bring the sled right up to the blade kerf for zero-clearance support. A pair of 22mm steel guide discs engage with T-slot mitre channels to prevent lifting and tipping during use. Compatible with the Rutlands® 210mm and 255mm table saws, as well as other job-site saws capable of supporting at least three-quarters of the sled platform.

The adjustable flip stop enables fast, repeatable cutting, whilst oversized locking knobs throughout allow quick, positive adjustment. The hold-down clamp secures the workpiece throughout the cut, helping to keep fingers clear of the blade for safer operation. An optional workpiece support platform is available separately, providing additional support for offcuts and larger workpieces. ©
