The Rutlands® brushless cordless 20V random orbital polisher with 15mm orbit provides fast, effective and stable operation, delivering consistent, professional quality finishes. Supplied with two 4.0Ah batteries and charger, the polisher allows portable paint correction, with the freedom to move unrestricted for all-around access. The industry standard ‘sweet spot’ of a 15mm long-throw orbit provides a perfect balance between a wider, more effective cutting area and smooth, safe, and highly controllable operation. The polisher features a precision CNC-machined steel counterbalance in the head, reducing vibration for smooth, effortless operation. 

The high performance, maintenance-free brushless motor operates across a 6-gear variable speed range (2,000 - 4,500 OPM), allowing careful control of the material removal rate. The ‘dual action’ or random orbital motion spins the pad in an elliptical orbit, reducing heat build-up for more forgiving operation than rotary polishers, significantly reducing the risk of holograms or burning through paintwork. The supplied 125mm and 150mm vented backing pads are carefully designed to transfer heat away from the pad through their vertical and horizontal cooling ports.

The ergonomically designed body sits comfortably in the hand and features non-slip soft touch overmoulding on the working surfaces. An ultra-bright LED light ring around the head illuminates the work surface, revealing any unevenness or imperfections whilst enhancing visibility in dark conditions. A flat top allows the polisher rest hands-free on its back, for quick and easy pad changes. The supplied side handle and top ‘D-loop’ handle provide control when working vertically or overhead.

The ceramic all in one polishing wax & 150mm pad kit provides a professional multi-stage paint correction process, with the firm, medium and soft density pads removing anything from deep scratches, severe swirl marks and other heavy defects, right up to micro-hazing and defect removal for ultra fine finishing. The ceramic all in one polishing wax provides the time-saving convenience of 3 professional products in one carefully developed formula - a paint correcting compound, a finishing polish and a durable, high-gloss ceramic wax sealant, allowing water and dirt to effortlessly bead off the surface and keeping your vehicle cleaner for longer. ©
