M Class Dust Extractor with Auto Start and Auto Filter Cleaning - 40 Litre

This M class dust extractor combines consistently high suction power, auto filter cleaning and auto start functionality, ensuring a safer, dust-free work environment. With certified M class filtration, the extractor captures 99.9% of the dust for proven protection against harmful dust with an occupational exposure limit (OEL) greater than 0.1 mg/m³. Suitable for applications involving wood dust, MDF, fillers, gypsum, repair compounds, clear coats, silica dust and more, this extractor will improve air quality and safeguard lung health.

Four operating modes (on, on & clean, auto, auto & clean) give you the flexibility to work how you want. The auto filter cleaning modes pulsate the HEPA filter every 20 seconds, shifting any accumulated dust to prevent clogging, prolong filter life and maintain maximum suction power. Health and safety compliant for on-site use, an audible and visual alarm will advise you when the suction rate has dropped to an unsafe level. Auto start functionality activates the dust extractor simultaneously with a connected power tool, running for a further 5 seconds after the tool is switched off to clear any dust left in the hose. A variable air-flow control knob adjusts the suction to suit all surfaces, up to a maximum air flow rate of 216 m³/hr.

With a sleek, ergonomic design, the extractor is easily manoeuvrable and offers ample on-board storage for hoses and attachments. A generous 40 litre drum capacity allows you to work for longer, reducing downtime emptying the machine. Atop the unit is a recessed tray area for tool storage or the mounting of the optional workstation frame (supplied separately). The soft grip trolley handle folds down when not in use, and the extractor can be locked in place using the brake-operated non-marring castors. A grounding chain beneath the unit prevents the accumulation of static charge inside the dust collector and hoses.

Supplied with two 38mm dust hoses, the 2m long vacuum hose is designed for connection to the supplied floor and crevice attachments, whilst the 3.5m long power tool hose features a quick connection fitting, for use with power tool fast-click adaptors. Mounted to the telescopic tube is a remote control, allowing both the power and air flow rate to be controlled from a distance. Hose can be connected to the rear of the unit, converting the extractor to a blower. Included is a filter bag, HEPA filter, flexible vacuum hose, flexible power tool hose and telescopic tube with floor brush, round brush and small crevice attachments. Suitable for wet or dry extraction.

The extractor should not be operated for more than 20 minutes continuously. After 20 minutes of continuous operation, turn off the unit and allow a 15 minute resting period before next use. Clean the body, filter and dust bag after use. ©
